CCA 2027 Pats Peak Ski Program
Registration is open until January 1st, 2027. If you register by November 30th you receive an early-registration discount of $30 per student! See the HOW TO REGISTER section below for more information and the link to register.
Amy Melder is the Ski Program Coordinator. Amy can be reached by email (amy.melder@concordchristian.org) or by phone at 724-699-3164. Please reach out with any questions!
PLEASE NOTE: If your student has a season pass and is going to ski on Fridays along with the program but is not registered with the program, please email Amy Melder to let her know that your student will need early dismissal, PE credit, and will be present at the mountain on relevant Fridays.
If we have to cancel a program ski day due to weather, a make-up day will be scheduled for 2/12/27 (please see the MAKE-UP DAYS section below for additional information on make-up day rules).
NOTE: The ski program does not necessarily cancel if school is canceled due to weather. Snow days are often the best ski days!
CCA Departure: 12:30 pm (after lunch)
Pats Peak Arrival: 1:00 pm
Lessons Begin: 2:30 pm*
Free Ski: Until bus departure OR until Pats Peak closes**
Pats Peak Departure: 7:00 pm
CCA Arrival: 7:30 pm
* Lessons are at 2:30 pm on program ski dates. Program passes also allow the student to ski all day on the day of lessons. Students can go skiing both before and after the lesson time.
**NOTE: If a student is not riding the bus, they can stay with parents' permission until Pats Peak closes at 10 pm. After 7 pm, there is no formal supervision from CCA, and there is no transportation available.
The Zoom link for the parent/participate meeting will be provided in future school-wide communication. At this meeting, program expectations and any updates from Pats Peak will be reviewed. There will also be an opportunity to address questions.
NOTE: The chaperone meeting will be held directly afterward. Chaperones, please plan to log on by 7:30 pm.
Students in grades 1-12 can participate in the ski program. Students must be age 6 by January 1st. Any 1st, 2nd, or 3rd grade students participating must have a parent/guardian onsite at Pats Peak. The parent/guardian does not need to ski, just be present.
NOTE: High school students earn PE credit for participating in the ski program.
- There are a limited number of seats available for ski program bus transportation.
- Cost is $100 per-student, regardless of whether the student needs a ride only to the mountain or to and from the mountain. This is in addition to the Pats Peak ski program cost.
- The fee will be charged to your account via the FACTS portal before the first day of the ski program.
- To sign up for a seat on the bus, please use the transportation form. Space is limited, so sign up ASAP if your student needs a seat!
NOTE: If the ski program occurs on a day when CCA has chosen to cancel school due to weather, transportation to/from CCA is not guaranteed.
Registration is open until January 1st, 2027. If you register by November 30th you receive an early-registration discount of $30 per student!
- Go to www.patspeak.com/LTSR for all the details and pricing.
Click on the big red LEARN TO SKI & RIDE button (shown below).

- Use access code, concordchristian2027 to register.
On the website, you will be able to find program information, lesson level descriptions, rental details (if needed), and options for free skiing, lift/lesson packages, etc. Also listed are discounted perks available with the program.
NOTE: Helmets are included in the rental price and are automatically available to all renters.
If your student has a season pass and is going to ski on Fridays along with the program but is not registered with the program, please email Amy Melder to let her know that your student will need early dismissal, PE credit, and will be present at the mountain on relevant Fridays.
- Students will receive one Full Day/All Lift Junior ticket voucher for Pats Peak (free rentals, if purchased with the program), valid starting February 22nd, 2027. This free day is preloaded on the program tag and will automatically take effect starting on 2/22/2027.
- Pats Peak has also partnered with Waterville Valley and Bretton Woods to offer students one Junior Full Day/All Lift ticket voucher for each ski area (valid starting 2/22/27). The Pats Peak ski program tag and free ticket voucher are required to obtain lift tickets at these mountains and do not include rentals or lessons.
With Pats Peak now using RFID cards/program tags, every student program tag is loaded with 5 ski days. If your student misses a ski program day for an appointment, sports, medical issue, etc., it is now possible to still utilize the program tag and get all 5 days of skiing (the make-up day can be taken after the session is complete).
NOTE: Make-up lessons are not provided if a ski program day is missed because of personal reasons. A 5th make-up lesson ONLY occurs if the program, as a whole, is canceled for a week.
