Facility Rentals

Concord Christian Academy offers modern, well-maintained facilities available for rental on a limited basis. Our campus provides a welcoming, professional environment for athletic events, performances, meetings, and community gatherings.

In 2017, CCA completed a 10,000+ square foot expansion, more than doubling the size of our original facility. This expansion added five classrooms, a performing arts auditorium, a student center known as Kingsmen Hall, and a state-of-the-art gymnasium, creating versatile spaces designed to support excellence in athletics, arts, and community engagement.

Gymnasim

Our stunning, newly constructed gymnasium is ideal for practices, games, and tournaments.

  • Six adjustable basketball hoops
  • Fully equipped for volleyball (can be two courts)
  • Mechanical curtain available to separate the gymnasium (creates two basketball courts)
  • Clean, modern design with ample seating
  • Optional gym floor covering available

Athletic Field

Equipped with field lighting, that enables evening games and community events that bring families and supporters together.

  • Outdoor athletic field for soccer, baseball, lacrosse, field hockey, and more.
  • Lighting for evening practices and competitions.
  • Accessible location with parking.

Auditorium and Kingsmen Hall

Our auditorium provides seating for up to 350 and is well equipped as a mid-size venue for church services, concerts, and dramatic productions of all kinds. The stage is spacious and wired to accommodate the audio needs of most Instrumental groups, bands, or choirs. It also features overhead and backline lighting to make your production pop with color! Our front of house tech booth includes a 40 channel digital mixer as well as lighting, projection, and live stream consoles.

Classrooms

Select classrooms may be rented for meetings, workshops, or instructional use.
 

Rental Terms and Policy

  • 50% of the total rental cost is due upon submission of a signed rental agreement.
  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 14 days prior to the scheduled rental date.
  • Rental availability is limited and subject to school scheduling.
  • CCA facilities are not available for weddings or wedding-related ceremonies.

  1. Schedule a Facility Tour
    Contact Operations to tour the facilities and discuss your event needs.

  2. Submit a Rental Request Form
    Complete the required request form for your desired space and date.
     
  3. Provide Required Documentation
    This includes proof of insurance and any additional paperwork specific to your event.
