Join us for the Kingsmen Crusaders 2nd Annual 5K Walk-A-Thon Fundraiser!

TIME:  10 AM - 2 PM

This year’s theme, Walk, Give, Change Lives, reflects the heart of our mission: coming together as a community to support CCA and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our students.

With a goal of raising $40,000, this year’s Walk-A-Thon will support the Kingsmen Fund, helping strengthen the programs that enrich student life while contributing toward improvements to the facilities and resources that serve our students each day.

The Walk-A-Thon is more than a fundraiser—it’s a day of fun, fellowship, and purpose that brings the entire CCA community together. Whether you’re walking alongside your child, cheering on our students, or helping behind the scenes, your participation encourages our Kingsmen and helps make this special day a success.

2026 Event Day Highlights

Parking:  ALL parking will be at Granite Edvance, 3 Barrell Ct. (parking lot next to CCA)

10:00 AM – 10:50 AM – Registration (enjoy free local coffee and cider donuts). Sponsored walkers, who have registered, will pick up their T-shirt & lunch wristband at the registration table.

10:50 AM - 11:00 AM - Warm up provided by (Paula w/ 2 Home Fitness Concord, NH)

11:00 AM - Noon – Walk begins promptly (rain or shine)

Noon – 2:00 PM – Lunch and Activities

Activities: 

  • Inflatable sports games
  • Dunk tan,
  • Face painting
  • Balloon animals
  • Popcorn
  • Cotton candy
  • Prizes
  • Raffles

Lunch:  Pours and Petals Taco Truck

Other Highlights:

  • Sponsored walkers who have gathered pledge money have a chance to win 1st, 2nd, or 3rd prizes (Elementary, Middle School and Highschool)
  • 9 prizes total will be awarded
  • Come check out the Raffle Table to win great prizes!
Volunteers

Volunteers play a key role in making the day run smoothly and ensuring it’s a fun, safe and memorable experience for all.  We need parent volunteers to help with set-up, registration, activities, and clean-up.  Please sign up to volunteer.

Please look out for emails from our volunteer lead, Vanessa Remillard, who will gather your information to ensure your alliance hours are accounted for and applied to your account.  Any questions, please contact Vanessa directly.

Walk-A-Thon Checklist & Deadlines
  • Collect pledges through the QR code for online giving, or by cash. Checks must indicate in the memo line: 5K Walk A thon
  • September 18, 2026 - ALL students will receive both a printed pledge sheet and event flyer that will enable them to track and collect all their pledges. While not required, we do seek 100% participation from our families!
  • October 22, 2026 - Turn in all pledge sheets and pledge money to your teacher NO LATER than Thursday, October 22, 2026 so all prize winners can be tallied.
    • Elementary students will turn their donations into their primary teacher.
    • Middle school and Highschool will turn their donations in to Mrs Steinhauser in room # 209.
    • All online pledges must be tracked on your pledge sheet.
