Rob Starner, Head of School
Rob Starner brings more than 32 years of experience in Christian education to his role as Head of School at Concord Christian Academy, a position he began in the 2024–2025 school year. Before coming to CCA he served as Middle and High School Principal at Indian Rocks Christian School in Largo, Florida — a well-established K–12 school serving approximately 1,100 students — where he provided leadership across academic programming, faculty development, and student life.
Throughout his career, Rob has served in a variety of leadership roles, including Head of School at two Christian schools in Georgia, giving him extensive experience in strategic planning, school operations, and mission-driven growth. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Clearwater Christian College and a Master of Science in Counselor Education from the University of Maine, reflecting a leadership approach grounded in both educational excellence and student care.
