After reviewing the Tuition Schedule, some families may be concerned as to how they will incorporate the tuition payments into their budget. CCA is pleased to offer Affordability Funds (financial aid) to assist further. Distribution of these funds is based on eligibility. Please note that families receiving Affordability Funds are expected to fully participate in the Alliance program.
Affordability Funds are limited and offered on a first come first served basis. CCA must have a way to fairly and objectively evaluate family needs, as well as maintain confidentiality of family finances. To achieve this we use an independent agency - FACTS Management Company. FACTS Financial Aid Assessment services ensure us the most accurate assessment of financial needs for each individual family.

Families applying for Affordabilty Funds will need to complete an application and submit the necessary supporting documentation to FACTS. Parents may apply online at the FACTS website which offers faster service and an easier application process.
The following information is required in order for FACTS to process your application:
1. A completed online application. Families may begin this process prior to submitting a student application to CCA. (Families may use their 2010 Tax Return information if there have not been any major changes in income.)
2. Payment of the $25 FACTS application fee.
3. Copies of your 2010 or 2011 tax return including all schedules.
4. Copies of your 2011 W-2’s for both you and your spouse.
5. Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers’ Compensation, and TANF.
After your application is received by FACTS, under normal circumstances it takes approximately 2-3 weeks for your application to be processed. When we receive a report from FACTS regarding your application, we will provide a Family Tuition Worksheet outlining the assistance available and specific tuition breakdown.
FACTS cannot disclose information concerning your assessment directly to parents. Recommendations are made directly to the school. CCA takes into consideration the amount of money budgeted for financial aid and the number of families we anticipate will be applying for aid.
