STEP 1
Contact the school to arrange for a tour of the facility with our Admissions Staff followed by a program discussion with our Dean of Academics. Generally this opportunity occurs in the afternoon, though other times are available upon request. We will do our best to accommodate.
STEP 2
To proceed with enrollment, fill out a Student Application and submit it along with non-refundable $50.00 Processing Fee (per student) to the CCA Admissions Office.
If CCA Affordability Funds (financial aid) are needed, you may proceed with applying for assistance through an independent agency with whom we are affiliated: Facts Tuition Management Company. Click here for Instructions on applying for aid. If Affordability Funds are awarded, CCA will provide a Family Tuition Worksheet identifying your monthly tuition outlay.
STEP 3
Upon receiving a completed Student Application (1/student), the CCA Admissions Office will acknowledge it to you in writing. Within that correspondence you will be contacted regarding an assessment date.
This assessment allows our Dean and relevant Faculty to get a sense of where your student(s) stand(s) with regard to Language Arts/English and Math. Students in grades 2 and up will take an assessment which is facilitated in a non-threatening group setting, and may require the better part of a morning to complete.
STEP 4
In addition to the assessment, students in grades 6 through 12 must schedule an interview with the Dean of Academics. This provides an opportunity for us to learn about your student and share with them some of the highlights of the CCA experience -- academically, spiritually, extracurricularly, socially, etc. -- as well as to field any questions they may have. (Often this interview will occur during the day when the student is shadowing to observe classes.)
STEP 5
Upon receiving written acceptance, parents will be expected to register with our tuition drafting agency and submit a $500 placement fee within 14 days from the date on the letter.
Mrs. McLaughlin, will answer questions you may have regarding tuition and fees. You may reach her at (603) 228-8888, x105 or at kmclaughlin@concordchristian.org.
STEP 6
State Law requires each student to present a certification of immunization before the student may attend school. CCA honors this law by requiring enrolling families to provide a updated health and immunization information by the first day of school. This may require a physician’s appointment if the most recent information is more than 2 years old.
Additionally, High School athletes are required to provide verification from their Physician stating the student is cleared to participate in sports. For both situations, most doctors offices will provide a School and Camp Form which identifies all needed health information.
As you work your way through these materials, please know that help is available. If you have any questions, please contact us at 603-228-8888.
