REGISTER FOR THE QUEST PROGRAM
CCA offers an After School Program for all students Pre-K through 12. This service is INCLUDED in student tuition and covers the time before school beginning at 7:30 AM as well as after school, until 5:30 PM. Currently the program includes our sports team offerings as well as homework room, and game time.
Parents wishing to utilize the Quest program please read the Introduction Letter from our Quest Director, then fill out a Quest Registration Form for each student that will be participating. Additional details about the program are noted on the form. After filling out the form, please submit it to our office.
WEEKLY SIGN UP FORM
We want to make sure we have adequate personnel to meet the growing needs of Quest, and we are finding that some days we have quite a few more students than are signed up for our Quest program.
To assist us in preparing each week for staffing needs and in order to provide the best care possible, we ask that parents submit notice wih the use of our Easy Online Form. Please be as accurate as you can. Parents who have not signed up for Quest on a given week via the use of the paper or online form will need to call the school office to inform us of any immediate emergencies that necessitate a change in plans.
