Making Private Education Affordable

Concord Christian Academy seeks to provide its students an excellent education. Excellence in education is costly, yet it must be accessible. We recognize the sacrifices families make to invest in a Christian education for their child. This is why as a caring community, we aim to make our school affordable with generous financial aid packages. We make every effort to work with individual families to bring the dream of a Christian education within reach.

  2. The Legacy Program
The Legacy Program is designed to offer families who pre-pay $1,000 towards their child’s tuition with a 50% discount on the tuition increase amount or a 3.5% cap on tuition whichever favors the family more.  Joining the Legacy enables each family to minimize tuition increases and to save thousands of dollars over the long term in tuition costs.  The Legacy payment is $1,025 of which $1,000 is a tuition prepayment.

  3. The Alliance Program
The Alliance is an affiliated organization that exists to undergird CCA by administering the school volunteer program. This volunteer program is designed to help CCA build a thriving school community while helping families receive a tax benefit and reduce their tuition cost.  Here are the details of how the program can help you receive a tax benefit and reduce your tuition cost based on your commitment to volunteer:Option 1 – Participating Alliance Member
Commit to serve and log hours each quarter (5 hrs per quarter for a family with one student; 10 hrs per quarter for a family with 2+ students) and receive a $2,000 Alliance tax deductible contribution per student and the following discount off of total tuition based on the number of children attending CCA:

    • 1 Student           $500
    • 2 Students          $1,500
    • 3 Students          $3,000
    • 4 Students          $5,000

Option 2 – Flexible Alliance Member
Families are welcome to volunteer for the Alliance and there is no requirement to serve or track hours. A $2,000 Alliance tax deductible contribution per student will be available for those families, but no tuition discount or financial aid.

Option 3– Opt Out (not participating in Alliance)

    • Full tuition price
    • No $2000 Alliance tax deductible contribution, discount, or financial aid

  4. Financial Aid: Concord Christian Academy uses an independent agency – FACTS Management Company. FACTS Financial Aid Assessment services ensure us the most accurate assessment of financial needs for each individual family while fairly and objectively evaluating family needs, as well as maintaining confidentiality of family finances.  (Families may complete this process prior to submitting a student application). The following information is required in order for FACTS to process your application:
    1. Completed online application
    2. Payment of the $30 FACTS agency fee
    3. Copy of your last year’s tax return including all schedules
    4. Copy of your last year’s W-2’s for both you and your spouse
    5. Copy of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers’ Compensation, and TANF

After your application is received by FACTS, under normal circumstances it takes approximately 2-3 weeks for an application to be processed, depending on how quickly the applicant provides FACTS with the supportive documents. When the application is verified, FACTS makes their aid recommendations available to Concord Christian Academy, which are taken into consideration through our aid determination. Finally, a Family Tuition Worksheet is prepared and delivered to the applying family outlining the tuition breakdown with aid.

If you have questions or concerns about the application process, you may speak with a FACTS Customer Care Representative at 866-315-9262.
