Steps to Enrollment

To Enroll In Concord Christian Academy

Submit a formal online Admissions Inquiry Inquiry Form

Financial Aid Application: Should a family be desired to be considered for financial aid, they should proceed with applying for assistance through FACTS Management Co., an independent agency with whom we are affiliated. Families will be notified of granted offerings with the provision of a Family Tuition Worksheet identifying your monthly tuition outlay on the day of your scheduled tour.

Schedule a Tour and Program Discussion: Contact the school to arrange for a tour of the facility followed by a program discussion with our Admissions Staff. At the time of your time tour, you will need to provide your child’s most current progress/grade report for each student interested in attending CCA.  Any documentation defining special educational provisions for the student should be brought to the initial meeting so that we can get an idea of the student’s needs.

Students in grades 6 through 12 will experience a personal interview. This provides an opportunity for us to learn about the student and share with them some of the highlights of the Academy experience — academically, spiritually, extracurricularly, socially, etc. — as well as to field any questions they may have.

Shadow Day Experience: Applicants in grades 6 through 12 are welcome to experience a day at the school by shadowing a student in their shared grade. For students at the elementary level a classroom visit will be accommodated at the time of your tour.

Student Application: To proceed with enrollment, fill out a Student Application and submit it along with the non-refundable $75.00/student Processing Fee (Payable online through PayPal).

Applicant Assessment: in some cases applicants are given an assessment which allows CCA to gain a sense of where your student(s) stand(s) with regard to Language Arts/English and Math.

Student acceptance.  Families will receive a formal acceptance letter from CCA indicating the next steps to finalize enrollment.

Placement Fee and Tuition Payment: Upon receiving written acceptance, parents wishing to secure their student’s enrollment at Concord Christian Academy shall submit a non-refundable $525 Placement Fee (payable to: CCA). Once this payment is received the student’s enrollment in the designated class is confirmed. Placement Fee Payment options include one time payment or installment payments. The Academy will follow up with various enrollment details once the Placement Fee is received. Below is a list of additional submissions that will be requested and in some cases required.

(1) Special Educational Provisions
(2) Most Recent Report Card
(3) High School Transcript (applicable to students entering grades 10-12, especially homeschoolers)
(4) Health Forms – State Law requires each student to present a certification of immunization, as well as documentation addressing the student’s general health, prior to the student attending school. CCA honors this law by requiring enrolling families to provide an updated health and immunization information by the first day of school. This may require a physician’s appointment if the most recent information is more than 2 years old.
(5) Sports Participation Form – High School athletes are required to provide verification from their Physician stating the student is cleared to participate in sports. For both situations, most doctor offices will provide a School and Camp Form which identifies all needed health information.
